Change of Curriculum
Students are allowed to change their degree program, minor, and/or concentration at Indiana Tech.
Traditional Undergraduate Students
Traditional undergraduate students enrolled in Indiana Tech’s day school program must have their advisor’s signature to change their curriculum.

Students enrolled in an undergraduate program who want to advance from an associate degree to a bachelor’s degree will need to complete the Degree Advancement form.
College of Professional Studies or Ph.D.
If you’re a student in the College of Professional Studies or Ph.D. program, you can make changes to your current degree program, minor, or concentration by completing our online Change of Curriculum form. Earned credit hours will be re-evaluated based on the new program.
A $10 fee will be charged to you for all change of curriculum requests.
Students enrolled in an undergraduate program who want to advance from an associate degree or undergraduate certificate to a bachelor’s degree or a graduate certificate to a graduate degree will need to complete the Degree Advancement form.
Students attending Indiana Tech through the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission wishing to change their major, minor, or concentration must complete the following form for SACM approval.
